We need for you to sign a buyer's agreement stating we are the only one working for you at no charge to you. Once you get the listings you can drive by the homes and take a look at the outside and if you like them, write down the MLS#'s on our listing sheet and call us. At that time we will set up an appointment for us to show you the homes and negotiate the sales price for the home you choose.

Any homes that you are interested in that are advertised in Newspapers or Magazines, or the Internet or have a For Sale sign in the yard, please contact our offices so that we can get the information for you. Do not contact the other realtor.
